NASHVILLE, TENN. – Global country starlet MacKenzie Porter shows no signs of slowing down following the arrival of her highly-anticipated Big Loud Records debut album Nobody’s Born With A Broken Heart.
Scoring a Top 25 debut on the New Artist Albums chart in its first week, the ambitious, 19-song project racked up 83 million global streams upon release. The set also topped iTunes’ Canadian Country chart and debuted Top 5 all-genre in Canada, while early standout “Easy To Miss” entered rotation on Spotify’s Hot Country playlist. Coupled with its fan-lead traction worldwide, critical praise rolls in for its “pop-aimed, sleek production” (Billboard), “holistic view of the emotional world” (Nashville Lifestyles), and Porter’s ability to “sing and deliver just about anything” (Holler). EUPHORIA. Magazine claims, “there’s a song on it for everyone.”

“This moment in my life I’ll truly never forget,” Porter says. “I’m so thankful to every single person who has supported me and taken the time to listen to the album. Whether you’re healing from past heartbreak, in the thick of a difficult time right now, or building up courage to take a leap of faith, these songs are for you!”
Following the album’s release, the international chart-topper made her solo television debut on The Kelly Clarkson Show where she performed “Pay Me Back In Change” which Clarkson commended as “the best title ever.”
Porter then stepped into the hallowed Grand Ole Opry circle to perform album cuts “Rough Ride For A Cowboy,” “Easy To Miss,” and “Pay Me Back In Change,” before hopping up to Toronto for appearances on Canada’s CBC q, The Morning Show, and more.
This afternoon, Porter’s official music video for fan favorite cut “Confession” is slated to air in New York’s Times Square on Paramount’s Times Square Billboards at 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. ET.
