Chris Lane is a singer-songwriter, whose star is rising in the country music world. His latest EP is getting huge buzz, and the title track ‘Fix’ is already top 30 on the Country Music charts…and climbing.
Big Loud Records’ Chris Lane is getting his “Fix” as the most added song at Country radio nationwide yesterday (12/7). The highly buzzed about vocalist has found his niche within the genre and rightly so, notches an impressive 73 first week stations on board for his hot debut single “Fix,” breaking the record for the most single week adds from a debut male artist in Country Aircheck history.
“Fix” highlights Lane’s natural singing style as he delivers a song about that one person who gives you exactly what you need. With a sexy southern voice layered with a sophisticated touch, NASH/Country Weekly praises Lane for “unleashing his falsetto” and TasteOfCountry.com calls him “one of the most dynamic vocalists the format has seen.”
“It’s not easy to stand out among so many up-and-coming talented artists out there, so I’m grateful to have the support of Country radio, fans, friends and an incredible team. I’m ecstatic that people are embracing my music and I couldn’t be more pumped to be sharing it with my fans,” exclaims Lane.
Working with acclaimed producer Joey Moi, Lane discovered his gift for the falsetto with “Fix.” The infectious title track shaped Lane’s sonic direction for his debut EP FIX and sent him on a search for songs to fit the upper register of his vocal range.
Chris will be at the House of Blues in Anaheim for the ‘Hell Of A Night Tour’. That’s tonight, tomorrow night, and Sunday night. His EP “Fix” is out now.
