NASHVILLE, TENN. – Preserving the life of his iconic Flower Shops era, country hitmaker ERNEST is closing the chapter of music that skyrocketed him to new heights. Releasing live performance audio from his acclaimed Salvage Sessions and Circle Sessions, he wraps a final bow on the bundle with ERNEST & The Fellas Unplugged, a limited release double-sided vinyl out Sept. 29.

FLOWER SHOPS has been such a wild ride,” shares ERNEST. “I can’t put words to how much the love and support for the album and its deluxe means to me. Now that we’re getting ready to be back out on the road headlining this fall, it only felt right that the fellas and I wrap up this chapter with live versions of some of our favorites to play live.”

Releasing both on vinyl and across streaming services, the project features fan favorites including “This Fire,” “Miss That Girl,” “Feet Wanna Run,” and a standout cover of John Mayer‘s “Slow Dancing In A Burning Room,” placing a “country twang and twist” (American Songwriter) on the beloved track.

Capping off the musical milestone and chapter, ERNEST has added several new additions to his bouquet of accomplishments with “Flower Shops” the single earning over 306M on demand U.S. streams and the album earning over 300k album equivalents, reaching #2 on Apple Music Country, and debuting Top 20 all-genre.

ABOUT ERNEST

Nashville’s most unpredictable hitmaker ERNEST is “The Charmer” (MusicRow), a triple threat talent and one of Music City’s on the rise artist/writers who is changing the status quo. The two-time 2023 ACM Award nominee and 2022 Variety Hitmaker fuses influences ranging from Eminem to George Jones, crafting a twist-heavy verse style that’s become his signature, proving its mettle, and earning him eight #1 hits to date. The eccentric free spirit and 2X CMA Triple Play Award winner just dropped the deluxe edition of his critically acclaimed album FLOWER SHOPS (THE ALBUM), rebranding the collection FLOWER SHOPS (THE ALBUM): Two Dozen Roses, doubling its track list with 13 fresh cuts. The March 2022-released original has been praised as one of Holler and The Tennessean‘s best albums of the year, showcasing the more classically country side of his craft. Nashville’s “busiest – and most consistently successful – creative force” (The Tennessean) wrapped his first-ever sold-out headlining Sucker For Small Towns Tour this past fall. Continuing to put on a show that proves “ERNEST creates a sound all his own” (Pollstar), he delivers dynamic performances while on the road, now as direct support on Morgan Wallen’s One Night At A Time World Tour, and on his forthcoming fall headlining This Fire Tour.
