Music business innovator BIG LOUD is amping their Records division in 2020 with the advancement of BRITTANI KOSTER (brittani@bigloud.com) to DIRECTOR SOUTHWEST PROMOTION, in addition to the introduction of new hires, SARAH HEADLEY (sarah@bigloud.com) and GIULIANA MIGNONE (g@bigloud.com) – assuming the roles, PROMOTION COORDINATOR and DATA & RESEARCH COORDINATOR, respectively. Koster and Headley begin effective immediately, while Mignone starts on January 21.
KOSTER joined the trailblazing label in January 2019 as Promotion Coordinator, after serving as Promotion and Label Coordinator for Rebel Engine Entertainment. In her elevated position at Big Loud, she will continue to report directly to VP of Promotion Stacy Blythe.
“Brittani has brought an optimism and light to our team from the day she joined us,” shares Blythe. “Her personality is infectious, and I look forward to having her on the front lines with our music.”
Stepping up for her “new chapter,” Koster adds, “Since joining the team last year, it has been an amazing experience and I’m excited and eager for this new role.”
HEADLEY comes to Big Loud with a three-year agency background rooted in social media and public relations for a variety of clients including national trade brands, healthcare organizations, and a multi-day music festival. With a degree from UNC-Chapel Hill, the Charlotte, NC-native says, “From the moment I met the Big Loud team, I knew I wanted to be a part of it. I have so much to learn, and I can’t wait to start my music career alongside this passionate and supportive team.”
Blythe applauds Headley’s “transition into the music industry,” claiming, “She possesses a level of professionalism and organization that is unmatched, and she will be the perfect glue to the promotion team.”
Rounding out the new year of thriving talent, MIGNONE is from Swampscott, MA, and a senior at Nashville’s Belmont University. Set to graduate in May, she was previously an intern at imprint Big Machine Records of Big Machine Label Group. “I am humbled by the team’s confidence in me,” Mignone admits. “It is an unparalleled opportunity to learn and grow from such a passionate and forward-thinking group of professionals.”
