NEW YORK, N.Y. – Continuing a coast-to-coast sprint celebrating his just released sophomore album the mockingbird & THE CROW, HARDY brought a double dose of new music to NBC’s The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon (1/25) and TODAY (1/26).
Delivering a powerful rendition of their Top 10-and-soaring country hit “wait in the truck,” HARDY and Lainey Wilson took to the stage in Studio 6B last night at The Tonight Show. Marking the late-night debut for the song that’s “sure to be a CMA Song of the Year contender” (Billboard), the electric duet made an impact. Watch here.
This morning, the on-fire artist-writer brought “screen” to the small screen, making his morning TV debut on the Third Hour of NBC’s TODAY. Chatting briefly with hosts Al Roker, Dylan Dreyer, and Sheinelle Jones before the performance, HARDY started the day off strong with a charged-up version of the uplifting track. Watch here.
On tap, HARDY flies to San Antonio’s Alamodome for WWE’s 36th annual Royal Rumble this Saturday, January 28, where he’ll perform the official theme song of the evening, “SOLD OUT.”
