Directed by Justin Clough and shot in Linden, TN, the picturesque video finds Stemaly reminiscing on a past love as he wanders through his hometown, paying wistful visits to places where tender memories were made. Scenes of dirt roads, county lines, and Country sunsets paint an idyllic picture of Stemaly and his lover’s past in a one stoplight town, reflective of the “updated themes of small-town life that seem so beautifully out of step with the screen obsessed lifestyles associated with his generation” (American Songwriter). Endearing and unique, the tune’s unforgettable hook is brought to life in the clip and continues to showcase Stemaly’s country-to-the-core identity.
