NASHVILLE, TENN. – Today rising country star Timmy McKeever releases swaggering new song “Back To Back,” out now. On a winning streak of resonating singles, McKeever is carving out his own lane and “the rest of the world is starting to take notice” (ones to watch).

Performed for crowds nationwide during his stint on the road with Maddox Batson, “Back To Back” exemplifies McKeever’s evolving sound and clever songwriting. In a toxic cycle with an ex, McKeever utilizes clever double meaning in the new song:

Take a couple shots and we hit the floor

Spin the room around until we’re at the door

We were kissing now you’re cussing laying in this bed

Sleeping back to back again

Wake up in the morning you’re gone

Said that it was over but it won’t take long

‘Til you’re drunk and alone at 2am staring down at your phone calling me

Back to back again

About his most recent “Wrong With Me,” Raised Rowdy noted, “Timmy brings an edge to his songs…but still holds true to his country roots with strong lyrical imagery.” Infectious “20 Over,” released earlier this year, became McKeever’s highest pre-save on a track release to date, proving the young star’s hitmaking ability. Adding to his growing catalog, McKeever’s previously released “I Wish I Could,” “Back to the Bottle,” “Hold You To It” and more.

McKeever will make his CMA Fest debut this Sunday (6/7) on the Good Molecules Reverb stage. This summer, McKeever will support Cooper Alan and Lee Brice on select dates. In the fall, McKeever will hit the road with Ashey Cooke on her headlining the baby blues world tour with stops in Boston, New York City and more.
