NASHVILLE, TENN. – Today The 502s, affectionately dubbed “the happiest band on Earth,” release the official music video for infectious song “Your Nonsense Makes Sense.” Featured on their fourth studio album Easy Street, the song has had a meteoric rise.
The video, directed by Taylor G Kelly, is set in The 502s sunshine-y universe colored by signature pastels. Tongue-in-cheek, the band works in The Department of Reasonable Thought judging cases of nonsense. Their fourth album Easy Street includes songs like “Summer Fling” that the band debuted on Good Morning America, introspective “Quicksand” and exuberant “End of the World.” On their headlining show this year, their songs felt like “…communal celebrations rather than performances.
