What You'll Do
  • Video Editing: Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality short-form content that aligns with the creative vision of the project.
  • Content Optimization: Optimize videos for social media platforms, ensuring content is engaging and tailored to the audience (applying correct aspect ratios, formats, text overlays, sound selection, etc.).
  • Content Review & Feedback: Review raw and edited footage, offering constructive feedback to ensure high standards of quality, tone, and messaging.
  • Archival Content Editing: Edit and repurpose existing content (archival footage, behind-the-scenes material, etc.) into fresh, engaging videos for social media.
  • Post-Production: Manage timelines and meet deadlines for content releases while maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the editing process.
What You Have
  • Knowledgeable and entrenched in short-form video trends
  • A creative mind that can see a concept from genesis to completion
  • Proficiency in TikTok camera interface and editor (as well as CapCut editor)
  • Competency in iPhone and/or camera video capture a plus
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable video editor

    Digital Content Specialist
    Job Profile

    As the Digital Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in capturing and editing content for assigned social media platforms in support of our artists’ digital brand development and music releases. This role will sit within the Digital department of the label. This role will require a personable creative that can successfully interface with managers, label team, and our artists directly in a fun and professional manner via shoots, touring, day-to-day lifestyle moments, and more.

    What You'll Do
    • Batch ideation/writing of short-form video pieces in support of artists’ releases
    • Shoot engaging artist content for short-form social media
      • Content to be captured in pre-scheduled content shoots with artist
      • Content also to be captured while Content Specialist is on site w/ artist (ex.: on tour), and ideating/capturing short-form content in the moment
      • Content to be captured on phone or camera or both
    • Edit captured content into pieces for short-form social media (sequencing, on-screen text, application of relevant sounds, etc.)
    • Edit pre-existing/archival content into pieces for short-form social media
    • Assist in content ideation/capture/edit for Big Loud’s owned social channels
    • Leverage analytics to ensure content resonates with target audiences
    What You Have
    • Knowledgeable and entrenched in impactful short-form video and social practices and trends
    • A creative mind that can see a concept from genesis to completion across a multitude of visual artist brands
    • Organized and able to not only handle all details for content shoots, but also prioritize content delivery to hit deadlines
    • Proficient in TikTok camera interface and editor (as well as CapCut editor)
    • Proficient in DSLR/Mirrorless camera operation for social video
    • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable video editor
    • A student of the craft and constantly refining your skillset

        Marketing Coordinator
        Job Profile

        Big Loud is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing team. This position will be responsible for managing and executing multiple campaigns simultaneously across the Big Loud Records roster of artists. We are looking for a motivated and passionate self-starter who is open to wearing many hats and being involved in a wide array of tasks. This is an entry-level position for someone looking to build their career in the music business. This is a full-time role based in Nashville, TN.

        What You'll Do
        • Support the Marketing department to coordinate marketing initiatives and promotion for the label and artists
        • Provide some administrative support to the SVP of Marketing such as scheduling meetings, artist visits, etc.
        • Compile and circulate regular marketing updates, reports and one sheets
        • Manage and coordinate all guest lists and ticket buys for tours
        • Assist VP of Marketing with physical production process including liaising with manufacturing partners, retail setup with distribution partners, inventory management, etc.
        • Ensure the marketing wing is clean, organized and presentable
        • Assist with any project management duties as needed
        • Any other duties as assigned
        What You Have
        • Minimum of one year experience in the music industry; previous label or artist management experience preferred, or some combination of internships
        • Passion for music
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
        • Meticulous attention to detail.
        • Must have a robust understanding of social and streaming platforms
        • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
        • Knowledge of analytics platforms including (but not limited to): Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, Chartmetric, MRC/Luminate
        • Familiarity with event and email marketing platforms
        • Must have a positive attitude, an eagerness to learn and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
